Can't 100% Africa. Here's why.

You did it again, devs. Did you test the map for 100% ?

There's a spot behind the redeeming machine where I have a bottle sticking out of the ground. If I put the sprinkler nearby it's trying to water the bottle. I can't wash it out or vacuum it out. Bleh.

Just completed the Africa map.... and yup, I'm stuck at 99% too.
I've gone over the map inch by inch, pushed the "G" key over and over again, and... NOTHING.
By the way, I found a green bottle stuck in the ground around the same area you did,
and no matter what position I place the cursor, I can't wash it out or vacuum it either.
Looks like something for the dev's to fix... again.

that's good as i still need the last achievement. and i wish you did make highlights work on dirt piles and trashs we didnt collect..

I had the same problem so I started the level over and used the Z key to "unearth" it.

I don't see in the in-game help where the Z key is even listed as a control, and pressing it does nothing in my game that I can see.

This is a feature you can purchase with the in-game currency. If you have it, a 'Z' appears on your display. Unfortunately, it's not always available, and it's possible to finish everything else in the game without being able to use it. So it's rare for a player to be able to use it to complete the level.

What's worse is I can't take the glider despite having 99%, nature restored fully, and all quests completed....

When this gets fixed, is there an easy way to leave a level and come back to it later? When I tried reentering the level from the world map, I had to start over at 0%

Did you pet the cat after giving it the hat? I was doing the level again and gave the hat without petting and it wouldn't let me leave until I did so. I hope this helps

I am also having this issue! Just bought the game, had no issues all the way up to Africa. Stuck at 99%. I went over the map over and over for about an hour and could not get that 1%. I also could not take the glider despite having completed everything else. Hope this is fixed soon because it totally breaks the progression of the game :'(

Also have this issue! I think there's a mud-pile inside the van because when I place a sprinkler next to it, it sprays the van.

Yes there's a pile under van that you can see a bit of and start to get rid of but it's too far under to completely get it all - sprinkler and vacuum combo didn't help and I didn't have the Z function available to try that.
