i cant get the unharmed damsel achievement any tips?

i cant for the life of me get the unharmed damsel achievement ive tried tried everything i didn't do any positive stuff with sophie and shes always still really hurt i have no clue what im doing wrong here

The texts to her maybe, pick the ones that are like "your sister is worried" and "call your sister if you get this" instead of showing concern yourself.

i finally got it thank you it was the texts you have to choose "hey" "your sister is worried" "call your sister if you get this" and dont choose any parts of convos that sophie likes and I didn't kiss her either or do complement her while talking to her one on one dont know if that had anything to do with it but just had to let yk. i spent like 4 hours trying to get this so really thank you

If I choose all Natalie's choices and don't kiss her when I go outside and talk to them at the party, will I later go to Natalie's room and make choices there?

The only time you go to her room is with her or sophie but if you want them to be unharmed this is what I did you 1 ofcourse choose who u want to go with and when you go 1 on 1 with them I just don't choose anything the makes them like you so no kiss no flirting at all and when you get a text from nat or soph you ofcourse as I said Don't do any liked stuff and say "hey" "your sister is worried" "call your sister if you get this" and when you get invited up to the room with either nat or soph just continue not saying or doing liked choices by them and just reject them so by the time you get to it you'll have atleast -18 with nat or soph depending on who you choose and +1 with the kidnapped sister and you should get the achievement I don't know if this is what you meant but I thought I'd give instructions in case that's what you wanted Goodluck on your adventure my guy if u need help with any achievements feel free to ask I pretty much know how to get them all
