Impossible to talk with ghost

Hi there,
Can someone tell how to do this quest " talk to the ghost on the radio " ?
i have test all the phrases in the encyclopedia with low rank and advanced item on every party for about 15-20 mins and nothing out..
i can ear the crying and growl but no ghost talk.
it's frustating seriously.

it's the only thing they do. either they growl or they cry.
they dont have real voice lines

Ok so why the quest isn't finished on the board ?
And the sentences are for what then ? because we dont really need to talk on the radio to get the answer ( growl or cry )
i think this thing is bugged i prefer the spirit box of Phasmophobia for that part of gameplay.

Most of the time I go into the house with the radio and ask "Can you talk?" on every channel 1-2.

This usually completes the challenge.

I have tested both vosk and Windows native ( I am French I have installed the english( US ) recognition package and selected it on Windows setup to test on Windows native and vosk ) and nothing worked also tested on another computer and same issue.The vocal chat work well with friends but not with ghost.
And if the ghost only cry or growl, then the quest is bugged because we do that thing all the time and the quest is never completed on the board
