Wendigo cage bug.
The Wendigo cage will spawn randomly on the map, I am not trapped on the cage but i will die randomly in the map. also the cage has no collusion at all.

Same issue here. Ghost was a Wendigo. I died after entering the van. After that and as a ghost, I saw an empty cage slowly closing in the house then another player died in the van too.
