These Assets from the Unity Store are like digital Legos - you buy the parts/pieces and get a sample map to play with and you can shape/color/build your own structures, maps, and more with what you are given.
The difference with Ghost Watchers is that all of the game's current maps are quite literally unchanged (except for broken lighting) from the samples - whereas Phasmophobia's use of these same assets have been used to build different layouts and structures for their maps.
Insym commented on this as well, and seemed to hold a similar view, except that there were other games that had used this map from the store as well - and hadn't done all to much modification.
I don't necessarily think this is an issue as the game is still EA, and likely (like Phasmo) the maps will have several iterations and things will change.
Phasmo did the same for the most part.
I don't mind it if it's the early stages of an Early Access game, but if the game takes off and they get enough funding I do hope they'll hire someone to create their own assets and update the game with it.
He even complains about the overse*ualized character.
God this guy is sweating this putrid USA cancer culture.
If you expect a safe space go play to animal crossing, not an horror game.
THIS. People just have to find something to complain about, and I made the same point in my first post. This game was just released into EA on the 28th.
