Es un error que lleva ocurriendo desde la versión original del juego, la que no es Director's Cut. Muchos te dirán que si es el overclock de la CPU, GPU o RAM, otros que si los overlays de Steam, MSI Afterburner o RivaTuner, o incluso que desactives DLSS si tu GPU lo permite. Nada de esto funciona, es un error que nunca se termina por arreglar y que 505 Games en un ticket de asistencia que envié me contestaron que estaban recibiendo los dxdiag de otros jugadores para intentar solucionar el problema (cosa que dudo). En fin, la respuesta rápida es que no hay solución que puedas aplicar de manera personal, solo esperar a que los desarrolladores actualicen el juego y terminen por solucionar este error. Es totalmente aleatorio y puede ocurrir en cualquier momento del juego, yo creo que se debe a que los encargos (no todos) estan buggeados y terminan crasheando, porque si no cojo ninguno no crashea normalmente.

Check if "winmgmt" service is running and if it doesn't work, try repairing WMI repository in Windows. You can find guides on Google because it's quite complicated to explain here.

Access Violation is a GPU driver issue. I fixed it by downloading AMD Adrenalin and disabling Windows Update from installing new GPU drivers, because it kept rolling them back. I assume Nvidia GeForce Experience would have the same effect.
