Advice on S-ranking the Clifford Unger fights on Very Hard

I'd like to S-rank these fights, but they were very difficult and just beating them was hard enough. I know that low-blood loss is a factor in getting and S-rank, and I'd like some advice on how to beat these fights. I haven't replayed them, so I'm not sure if you can take equipment into the fight with you (e.x. the assault rifles and shotguns with Chiralium ammo), so if anyone can give any pointers, I'd appreciate it.

You can take equipment with you, so take your best weapons. Also if you use the shooting through bloodclouds left by hematic grenades technique then he goes down very quickly. Obviously go for the head, and try to not take damage.
