Logitech M650 side button not recognized

I recently started using an M650 when playing the game and found out that the game does not recognize any side button inputs even though it was fine when I was playing with an Logitech M590. I realize this is a pretty niche question so any suggestions to either how to fix it or other forums that might be helpful is very much appreciated!!

Hmm, if you don't mind using Steam Input you could bind some keys to your extra mouse buttons, and then bind those keys to those actions in game?

So for example, you could bind aim to "4" on your keyboard, and then use a custom Steam Input profile to bind "4" to your mouse buttons.

Sorry I can't be of more help specifically. I play with a controller myself.

You have to turn horizontal scrolling off in Logi Options+.
