i cant see Chips 14

I Found all the 55 Memory Chips only the last one respond what can i do ?

is it in Incinerator West of Lake Knot City right ?

Did you build the road passing in front of it? You can use a bike to jump on top of the incinerator. Otherwise, just bring ladders. The chip is at the top of the facility, not inside.

If there is no chip there, level up Waystation North of Lake Knot City until you get an email saying there is something shiny in the incinerator.

(Remember to rest in a shelter to trigger emails).

I did everything in fact a got all the achievements except Fount of Knowledge and the last chips. i did read all the mails, i am hoping its not a glitch or i just wasted my time.

Hey there, #14 can be a bit buggy. There's actually TWO emails you get (and have to read) from Charles Khan / Waypoint North of Mountain Knot about the glowing object (= the chip). If you don't get the second one, deliver something to him and maybe rest, often that triggers new mails when Sam wakes up again.
The Waypoint also needs to be at 5 stars, but since you got all the other achievements, I'm pretty sure your facilities are all levelled up.
Hope it works for you, this one gave me a headache in my first playthrough too.
