I need to collect 2 memory chips (n14 west incinerator / n43 capital knot city building). I've visited the place several times but they don't appear. Could someone help me why this happens?

I know those chips don't show up until past certain parts of the story. I know you get an email specifically mentioning the on on the building in Capital Knot- it talks about a "glowing object." I think there is a similar email for the incinerator one you mentioned. Could be you either haven't received those emails yet (may depend on a particular delivery being finished, I don't know), or didn't read them on your cuff/private room terminal yet.

Check the emails. The incinerator chip is on top of the incinerator (use a ladder or jump from the nearby road), not inside it. If you're not getting emails, do a delivery for the people nearby and go sleep in your private room.
