Some better way to soothe BB on PC?

Pressing W doesn't really work for me since Sam is rocking the pod way too fast compared when you have a PS5 controller and with the motion triggers on, you rock your controller slowly and Sam rocks the pod slowly. When I press W on my keyboard he just always bams the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pod so fast and hard, I can't do it slowly becuase the animation is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.

I don't want to play with a controller but for this mechanic to work properly do I really have to use a controller or is there some other way. I don't know if I'm doing it wrong, I don't have a keyboard that has a button press feature like that one razer keyboard.

if you press at a slower pace on keyboard then sam won't rock the pod too hard and bb will calm down. you don't need a perfect rythm to be effective. if sam is rocking too hard it means you are clicking W too many times too fast
I only played with mouse and keyboard and just had to get the hang of it

Godamn I just found in a reddit post comments, one guy said press W and tap A D. I just tried this and it works flawlessly. I can't believe this isn't listed anywhere in the controls or maybe it is in the tips section in the menu I never check that lol (probably should).

I've seen so many people talking about this though and many have gotten the timing of pressing W right but it seems you only need to press W once and then tap A-D gently and it gets the rythm of rocking correct.

I just checked the tips section inside the menu. The controls arent even mentioned. Only G+2-F : soothe BB - W to rock BB. HIdden controls are A-D which work much better then tapping W.

Don't push W repeatedly. Push it once, wait half a second, push it again. It's a rhythm. If you keep pushing all the buttons, Sam will just rock BB around forcefully and he'll actually get worse.

I aint doing all that if I can just tap a and d. It get the job done much better then figuring out the correct sequence for tapping W.
