Minor spoiler: If you start the new orders from the Distribution Centre West of Capital Knot City. They'll give you instructions to open that door. If new "Orders for Sam" don't appear. Rest in the Private Room, read your e-mails, and the open the terminal again.

i opened it ~ did the deal and forgot about it ` read your emails in game and and ask google on internet. i forget
