Death Stranding Access Violation (C0000005h) Fix

I did some reading online about this error, It asked to make sure your direct x 12 was up to date as well as your GPU/graphics card is up to date & validating steam files. In my case all these were fine, still didn't fix the problem. What i did as a fix;
My steam saves are on the cloud so I opened local files then Uninstalled the game, deleted my local files "DeathStranding Directors cut" then reinstalled the game.

Not sure why I had this issue so late, it started after the cut scene at the incinerator "first body disposal on foot" not to spoil.

damn i had issues at the exact same spot. did restarting your game really work?

My fix was to disable nvida DSLL in that particular area/mission and activate later

Restarting? No... Reinstalling after deleting me local files yes. I did this to avoid having to turn DSLL off.

I've had this problem on Steam Deck as well, the solution was to disable FSR during this section.

Yep, I disabled DLSS (I don't need it because I have a big configuration) and no more crashes.

I do not congratulate the developer or nvidia for this.
