I'm in the snow area and still dont have backpack accessories

I'm like chapter 7, and apparently grenade slots are unlocked at chapter 3?

Am I experiencing a bug? South of Lake Knot at 5 stars just unlocked a bunch of colors for me and nothing related to backpack.

Any ideas? Did the backpack unlock requirements change with the DC?

Side note, I also dont have the blue truck unlocked. I would have expected that by now too!

Truck requires a order from Junk Dealer to unlock trucks.

Backpack accessories is still unlocked at the distribution center at the Mountain region, by doing some orders. But the most important backpack accessories at the early stage are unlocked at Cosplayer and Collector.

Speaking of the upgraded battery ranks at the distro center north of mountain city. I am still hazy on what the trigger for being allowed to get the level 4 battery is, because it was still just rank 3 when I 5 starred the place this run, then later doing another delivery "Oh hey, here is a level 4 battery now."

I've confirmed that there is a delivery that needs to be made from Junk dealer to Distro south of lake knot city (not mountain/snowy region) for backpack customization to occur.

I thought it was unlocked at 5 star as a reward. But no, you gotta deliver special supplies that unlocks it.
