Does the $10 upgrade go on sale?
I never got the upgrade on day 1 but, the furthest i've also gotten is like chapter 4ish.

The original version doesn't have a store anymore so I can't see what the differences are, again.

Does my $10 upgrade ever go on sale or is it set in stone.
