Red Ones? Just stealth cuff-kill them. EZ money.
I find the easier way is just to carve a path with EX grenades and cut others down with your cuff and just make a wide birth of space for you to walk through on repeat trips, you might have to get on foot when walking through the area maybe but unless you're taking huge orders that's not too big of an issue. With endgame I just tend to do everything by foot on very hard difficulty so, vehicles aren't too much of a sacrifice for me with this method.
playing on very hard is also why I avoid combat with BTs if possible

These gold bois appear in zones that had a void-out happen in them because of you. They also appear in Story missions.

That's one of the aspects of this game that I like: You never really know all about what's going on, you're kind of in the dark about a lot of it, and it's great. But, my experience is limited, as I've only played about 30 hours total in the original, then I just now switched to the DC and started over at the beginning. My save was lost.
No.
I have this weird hunch that if someone provokes a voidout, the targeted zone will be clear of BTs for everyone but only for a little while.
