Game crashing at floating BT jellyfish constantly
I have a screenshot of the error but I don't know how to post on this forum. The error is long and says:

Internal system error occurred.

An Acces Violation (C00000005h) has occurred in thread "Main" at instruction location 0007FF70D0F7D85h

Base: 0x00007ff70b8000000

i think it lists a lot of hex locations for files, says some other stuff I can't read and then tells me:

Dx12-ErrorCode: 0x887a0005
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti
31.0..15.4601
DeviceRemovedReason: 0x877a0006
VMEM Used 3868.20 MB / Budget 10273.00 MB
VMEM Video 11041.00 BM / Shared 16340.71 MB / System 0.00 MB
MEM Used 14945.50 MB / Total 32681.45 MB

Then it tells me that there's an error.txt file generated somewhere but damned if I can find it lol. If any of you can parse through this madness for me and find an answer I would appreciate it. I have verified my installation and dialed my texture streaming from fast to default. That did help temporarily, I was able to actually approach the flying jellyfish BT's and actually hit them with grenades, but the second I went to harvest the remains it crashed so I give up playing for now.

Okay, testing a fix that I read on the forums. I did the following things and I don't seem to be having the crash anymore:

Updated/reinstalled my Redistributable C++ thingies from windows.
Downgraded my DLSS from Quality to Performance
Dropped my frames from 240 to 144 because my monitor only supports 165 hz lol, I dunno what I was thinking.
Disabled my Steam and GeForce overlays.

This was driving me crazy for days so I hope what I've written here helps someone else who was in my shoes. Will edit if crashes again but seems to be fixed.
Got the same error but nowhere near the jellyfish, it was right next to the farm, I was heading back from the racetrack.

I'll try some of those fixes.
Im having the same issue with C0000005h error. The error.txt is generated on the game installation folder, near the ds.exe, you'll find it. Ive tried a lot of things and nothing has worked yet. I can have a run of 30 min (maybe a bit more sometimes) without a crash, but after a while it will crash to desktop. I'll try some of your fixes, but i dont expect it to work, i think its an error with the game code, cause im having the same issue with Cyberpunk after the 2.0 update. Some will say its overclock problem, but mine is stable, been tested for hours and no errors or crashes (on CPU, GPU and RAM with XMP). It may be a conflict between how the game has been coded by developers to manage the memory (dk if RAM or VRAM, i think its sytem RAM) and how Windows manages it. The only thing i wont ever try is disable XMP, because that will make my RAM useless on gaming for dropping from 3200Mhz (XMP) to 2144Mhz ( stock without XMP) (and i have 2 RAM kits and the problem persists anyway (the other ram kit im not using rn has manual OC))

Only happened the one time for me, played it for a few hours since and no issue.. probably just an isolated crash.
Same issue, except it's at the weapon smith's old bunker where you get his toolbox to earn his trust. Every time I turn to a specific direction I crash, and I can replicate the crash 100% of the time. It's always one specific direction. I didn't get the crash anywhere else, not the mountain tops, not the timefall farm, not the starting map. Guess my PC just hates that one particular patch of pixels lmao
Have any of you installed the latest nvidia driver? Perhaps it that.

Not the latest of all. I have the 537.72 (Vulkan developer driver), a very stable one in my opinion. But thats not the problem with the C0000005 error, i assure you.
