about the soundtrack

i bought the director's cut version and it seems there is no soundtrack, is there any way to get it?

Soundtrack was included in the Steam version of the Original release. You'll have to download it separately or stream if from YouTube if you want it.

They have the Director's Cut, so they won't have the soundtrack, but sure:

In your Steam Library, directly above the search bar, there's a dropdown menu. Soundtracks is one of the options you can select. If you have any soundtracks from Steam, they'd be there.

Well OP can always try to see if it's here or not, it's free after all.

So does that mean OP can't get the soundtrack ? That's a bit strange since the DC edition is an upgrade.

If they don't have it through Steam, they can always get it from external sources, like the Internet Archive (https://archive.org/details/death-stranding-ost) or a fansite hosting the files (https://downloads.khinsider.com/game-soundtracks/album/death-stranding-original-score-volume-2)

I do agree that it's a bit odd not to include the soundtrack in the Director's Cut, but it was also an odd choice to exclude the emotes from the Point Store.
