This game really isn't suited for NG+.
It introduces a couple of new and original game mechanics, and then over time you build stuff to essentially have to use those mechanics less and less. In the end it's a completely different game, and let's face it you didn't pick this game originally as a driving game or just for ziplining.
Once you are set up with everything it gets very grindy to 100%, and the original immersion is more or less gone, because you can effectively counter most problems with equipment and structures.
If you could start over with all your stuff, you would use ziplines from the start, or the new vehicle with better cargo space and so on, essentially making it extremely trivial.
