PS5 or PC for Directors Cut?

I own this on both PS5 and PC, and I’ve been playing it on PS5 so far.

I’m just wondering if the PC version does absolutely anything above and beyond the PS5 version - because if it does that’s what I should be playing.

Are you sure it’s higher frame rate? I thought it was capped at 60 for both versions.
