Poor performance in Dirtector's Cut compare to OG

Original was running smooth af, no stutters, no frame drops, but in Director's Cut I'm getting fps drops from 100-110 to 60-80 fps while using fast vehicles on roads, also stutters when using scaner.
My setup: RTX 3060 12gb vram OC, Ryzen 5600x, 32gb ram, game running on SSD

Does anyone else have same problem?

P.S. This issue occur only when you import save from OG version. If u started a new one, u won't have any problems.

Same problem for me. I tried everything, even a fresh Windows install. No solutions for now

NO I did NOT import my OG save file, I wanted to start a fresh game.

Win10, 5800x, 3080, 32gb ram, and installed to a 1tb nvme and the DC performs worse than the original. In areas where the original would be pretty solid 144, the DC version ranges from 100-125 with dips under 100 in some places. Its not as nice as it used to be.

I'm having the exact same issue.
SPECS: rtx3060ti, ryzen 5 3600, 16gig of ram, running off a 970Pro Samsung SSD.
I did import my save file.

I'm experiencing FPS from 80's down to the mid 50's, especially when I'm on the bike, on a paved road, and when enemies show up. Whenever I toggle the settings in-game, it seems to make the drops worse, I've switched from MAX settings to default, DLSS at quality, I get drops, switch it to performance DLSS, still drops, switch it to ULTRA performance, and it drops still to the low 50's. I've found that if I cap the FPS to 60, it stays at 59 fps around 60% of the time, and low low 50's the rest of the time.

I dont think so, more people talking about it, more chance developers will notice and fix it.

but a single thread with the topic talked about and more information from more players all in the same place would make it easier to solve the issue.

Not to mention weed out the troll posts and stop the spread of false misleading information

The problem exists, there is no point in discuting here. The issue is relevant for owners of not very powerful CPUs. For example start location screenshots on OCed AMD FX8300 + 1070 on the same graphic options (max preset, then no DoF, no motion blur, no CAS/FSR/Scale image, no VSync, TAA enabled):
