This was not released as DLC to the original. This is a separate version of the game.

The pre-order stuff became part of the game itself in the DC, so it doesn't show as a DLC. It just pops up in-game as per normal whenever you load a save, or whenever the game decides to add them if you're starting a new game.

Not according to 505 Games' support nor Steam support. I've got a Death Stranding: Director's Cut key that won't activate, even though the two games are separate products with separate Store pages. It SHOULD be a separate version of the game, as Director's Cut can live in your Steam Wishlist even if you already own Death Stranding. It LOOKS like a separate version of the game with its own Steam Store listing. But it's not, apparently.
