Steam Deck - Black Borders on all 4 sides for the game

Yesterday I updated the steam deck system, and now when I open the game, it only takes the center part of the screen for the steam deck. There are black borders on all 4 sides of the screen. I tried a few different resolutions and nothing worked. Has anyone else encountered similar issues and what would be the solution?

I just went back to playing the game and I thought the game looked ♥♥♥♥ compared than what I remember. The pixel art is ruined for some reason. I think theres some post processing bullsht going on that messes with the resolution

I think its because of those black bars that squish the screen to a smaller size making the art look like ass. don't think im gonna play again until this sht is fixed

I had this bug, it was forced to fullscreen mode, but in low res mode with black borders. After changing multiple time resolution in game properties (in Steam, not in game) after a while it was solved putting Window mode, and using auto in the option above the type of scaler (FSR, NIF etc)
