My guess would be that they'll bring it after the Deckard is released. I have it on Quest and I don't really think you are missing out anything. In fact, having to strap on a headset to play it in VR annoys me. It was fun trying it at a restaurant once just because I could, but I haven't even touched it since then and the gimmick quickly got old. I think most people who have tried it in VR wouldn't feel like they missed anything if they played it on their computer/laptop.
