Kinguin, Instant gaming etc are all gray market.
That should be the last resort.
I have friends who got their codes revoked and got hassle with getting already used keys which was only resolved after opening tickets, so it's up to you.

It's 20% off 10%. Or 0.9 x 0 .8, which is 0.72 (i.e. 1-0.28)

The 22% off is a separate code all togetherv (and will still work until the end of the month, while the 'extra 20%' expires tomorrow).
