I hope (especially with respect the xeno respawn balance) that people will come back to this post and report their new observations and experiences / findings.

just installed latest patch (10/02/2025) and now it's unplayable, just crashes every time I try and load, only bought this game yesterday, unacceptable

I started the game from the beginning on a new save slot and now it doesn't crash when loading levels...

This probably has something to do with the new save function.
In the new save slot there is an option to view all saves, while in the old slots there is no such option

With last nvidia driver some games are not playble. I have to install prevous one (566.36), but i have not tried Aliens, waiting for beta test ends and want to buy game after that

I am on the fence buying the game. The respawn stress was holding me back. I do not want to set my clock to the Alien spawns and I want to enjoy cutscenes and discovering/ reading stuff. Can anyone say something abaout the actual respawn mechanic?

same here crashes after choose to load the game

SOLVED! I had some mods installed, it seems they are not compatible with this update. Uninstalled the mods and it works fine

Has it solved respawning? Im playing on psvr 2 and its still annoying and consistent

I can only speak for psvr 2 but i didnt notice a difference it was still too consistent and then it kept crashing
