Game is VERY crash prone.

Getting crash in Mess Hall when holding down fire with the rifle. I am using -dx11, latest drivers, 4090 via VD, VDXR wont hardly work at all for me and running steam VR still crashes the game in the same spot. I have tried Air Link and Steam Link as well.

I have had more issues with this game than any other game and I play stuff like Cyberpunk in VR.

Don't use the dx11 for the section. Ive seen people say it causes crashing.

I have not crashed once. I'm like 1/4 through my second play through.

I get worse performance with dx11 does it crash less? Also stuck on a part in the story it crashes every time in the elevator.

yup, when you kill first xeno game crashes. I do not recommend this solution for now

Damn, been waiting a year already I guess I can wait a little longer. I tried with -dx11 removed and it wont even run/wont load mess hall... Game needs some serious comparability work but other than that its as good or better than some of the AAA horror games I play with UEVR injector like Callisto Protocol.

I tried dx11 and it crashed in 2 minutes. I'd stay away from that.

That's the most special needs comment I've ever seen. MOST VIDEO GAME and PC GAME main characters are White men. BTW, I'm Black and I never complained about race in video games or PC games. Run DX12 and the latest GPU drivers. Make sure your game is update by verifying the files. I had issues with the game crashing until I followed those steps. Now I am running on max settings. With no problems .
