As you can see, they have just added that the game is divided into parts a few hours before the title comes out.

This is clearly a marketing deception, because people are going to pre-purchase it and those who have pre-purchased it will be from days ago,
And what is more difficult to sell is a title divided into 2 parts, which is why they have just added it now, so that it is not officially seen as a scam in the face of Steam and consumer law.

Now, what is the right thing to do so that this and other companies do not do this to us? (which is not the first time)
Return the pre-purchase, I encourage you all to do the same as they do to you
Them before: It's a complete game
They just a few hours after the launch: It is divided into 2 parts, you will not see the end of the game until you buy the next one
You before: I have pre-purchased what you sold me thinking it was a complete game
You now: I'm going to return it to you because you lied to my face.

They will probably pull the same thing that happened with Walking Dead SS CH2. Release a game that uses all the same assets/maps etc as a full priced game where it should have been DLC.

Dune, when they started filming it and announced it was already known that it was going to be 2 parts many many months before
Here the only official thing that was said was NOTHING, absolutely nothing during its development and in all the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ interviews they did and we found out why the reviews come out and show about PART 1 and why they made the change stealthily in the store.

Because part1 is its own arc.
So you do not need to know if they plan a sequel to it.
There is no misleading advertising at all. I pre-ordered the game because I am interested in its gameplay mechanics and loops.
Nothing was split. Nothing was removed from part 1. You clearly do not know what you are talking about.
All they did is just they added additional information and people like you started making up stories about it.

The funny thing is if they just left ARI without adding info of it being part 1. And they would just say that they started developing a direct sequel to it under ARI 2 name, people would be like: "So cool, bros. This is what a dev who cares about fans should do. Heck yeah!".

Everyone knew its a 2 part movie and it was announced many times and they had even the Dirctor say it in many interview that the matieral was too much to make just one movie.
Here I see they changed it couple of hours be it days prior to release.

ARI is just a part 1 of larger story arc. Part 2 is going to be a direct sequel to it. There is nothing more to it.
