If you are asking about a standalone version which will be released next year, then yes it will work on Q3S like on Q3.
Q3S can be used for PCVR, so you can use it as a VR input/output device to play PCVR games.

Developer should add Meta Quest 3S to the list of supported headsets. They have Quest 3 there but yeah... it might reduce the number of threads like this getting created if they spell out all the different supported headsets on the store page.

Yes, it should work with any SteamVR compatible headset which definitely includes the new Quest 3S.
