Having this desktop/ VR is a great way to get the game going more.
If the game was an FPS then normally yes. Console also has aim assist but how do these issues effect among us style game?
"VR headsets are still very expensive"
Incorrect. Standalone headsets are far cheaper than your sorry ass PC you're sitting on.
And I disagree that the market is small. If they add crossplay with playstation that's an easy 10 million plus players with the new headset launching soon, not even counting the ones in the oculus store that exceeds 15 million plus whoever is playing connected to PC.
But VR players would have the advantages of seeing thru hall ways etc etc.
People desperately hold onto their old hardware. I agree with you, but the people complaining probably have a $100 market value laptop
If they can. Games are a lot better at pushing the player in-bounds unless you're playing an indie game from one person who's still learning how to code. I'd like to hope they had the budget to hire the help they needed, but we'll find out tomorrow :)
the whole gimmick is being able to play it in vr
a VR headset for " their cheap pc " is gpong to be a waste of money, bc axccording to you their pc sucks.
so it likely wont even support vr, oir run well.
goiod points you make abotu VR not being super niche and almost smaller than the UWS complainers
