remarkable triump : docked points

As the title says. When fixing the tomfoolery model, I do the puzzle so that it says 'Remarkable Triumph' on the screen. Then I remove my encoder chip and turn in the job.

But then I get points docked for 'uncompleted level'. Am I missing something?

Each red pip on the tomfoolery module is what you have to encode on the cartridge you insert, and each 'level' you encode has 3 'stages' that you beat. Because level 3 is the first level visible on the encoder its likely you may have encoded the wrong one by mistake.
