How do you get Chlorine Gas?

I always do First Boss prep and thankfully Green hasn't been a problem yet, but I have NO idea where you fetch Chlorine Gas from.

there is a yellow switch on the right side of the fluid dispenser that switches it from liquids to gases (they're just labeled by color there)

Ohh, I just stole my red/blue from rebreather jobs cuz I thought that's how it was supposed to work

I wish I knew this instead of filling the canisters with fluids lol

Well they tell you to fill it 30% with a fluid.
