Toilet hose not responding

Playing on Focused Mode with Tool Assistance enabled, the controls to change the hose trajectory are not doing anything.
Tapping A or D repeatedly does nothing, holding A or D for 30 seconds does nothing, scrolling up or down for 30 seconds does nothing.
The hose is showing water foam and making spraying sounds, but no clogs are being affected.

See the wire at the bottom of the panel? Disconnect it from the top socket and connect it to the bottom one

If you read the manual you'll see that you first need to move the wire in order to change the water flow from the toilet to the hose, and then change it back again when you've finished cleaning.

Turns out the issue was the Pump not being activated. Was not aware the tiny indicator on it was a switch .

Where is it in the manual? The symbol brings me to the tomfoolery module and I've looked through everything several times now and can't find it.
