Takes a special kind of person to make a post just to show how clever they are and mock everyone else, too.
At least I'm not that kind, even if I'm as thick as two short planks.
Yes you dis.
What a baby.
what you read: reactors are literally impossible and devs should remove it because i'm a stupid piss baby
Personally, I just find it easier to calculate the values for the emotion by resetting the AI instead of running around and doing extra math. There's value in doing both a reset and doing the math bs. It boils down to personal style and you're not one to attack said style.
It's almost as if there's something you're given at the start of the game, and then have all these weird symbols popping up to remind you what thing it's on if you needed to double check something....
Reading ahead of time. Imagine the world we'd live in if that was something everyone on these boards who think they're smart or know what trolling is, can do...
And given the fact it's literally flick a switch, drag a slider down, unscrew three bolts, click three times and it's safe....
As for the AI, and the topic of this attention seeking, the reason why it's "quicker" to just crash and reset is that the flowchart can be a tad cumbersome. It's a logic puzzle, and it's only "easy" if the player knows how to read it and work back through it.
Both ways net the same result, and both ways can be "the faster option" depending on the player and the way they parse information. Just as the same with the pancakes not needing to be an exact configuration, just one that works. You find a set combination to cover what you need, and either bake to order, or stock up on them before clocking in.
You...do know the timer only starts when you want it to, yes? That'd be daft otherwise...
Watch how you act. Because you've a post history, and nothing is stupider than lying about what you said in a place where I can find out the truth in less time than it took you to remember to read the manual.
You...have read the manual, yes? Or is expecting the player to pick up on the many hints to do so bad game design as well?
Three topics. I wonder what you'll pretend to be annoyed by next, only to pretend you never had an issue with in behind another topic?
