Workshop module disappeared?

So in my playthrough the first non workshop module I bought were the Sidecar and another one with cocktails in it.
When I eventually had to start over these module disappeared and now they are not available to buy anymore.
The only thing I maybe did was changing from frantic fo fixed.
Anyone else?

Edit: on a new run now they appeared? But Money tree is gone? Are modules randomized on runs or days?

There are 6 vending machine upgrades but only 4 of them are on sale at a time, So yes it is somewhat random.
