Bug: grab wire through panel in fuel module

I wanted to close the lids on the fuel canisters but accidentally clicked on the part of the panel between the two lids. This made me grab the wire below it.

Then when I tried to open the panel to reconnect the wiring, it wouldn't open because the wire was blocking it. This then gave me a fine and ended up costing me the run.
