Oil with particles from the dispenser

If a client comes in with particles in the oil, then after I empty the canister the dispenser starts pouring exactly the same oil with particles.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

When the oil has particles first you have to empty the oil module, then you need to fill it with cleaner from the fluid machine, empty it again and then u can insert a new canister of oil. U also need to clean the canister where you first dropped the dirty oil or the particles will keep appearing, im hope i explain it correctly.

1. Drain dirty particle oil into an empty container
2. Head over to refill station and drain the container
3. Fill the container with Cleaner
4. Head back to ship, fill oil tank with cleaner
5. Drain the cleaner back into the container
6. Fill oil tank with oil.

This didn't seem to work for me, the chunks became a virus that would never leave my capsule no matter how many times I empty it. I threw three away before hard quitting to not waste the money.
I definitely emptied the canister completely, but maybe didn't fill it completely with cleaner.
Also, I'm pretty sure the oil tank was empty when I started, so not sure why chunks even showed up to begin with.
