How to reset the safe?

I can't understand how to reset the safe game. I'm turning it anticlockwise over and over again, but nothing's happening. Lights are still red(((

Looks like a translation mistake :( In my language it's "Если прогадишь все попытки..." ("if you fail all the attempts...")

Precisely, after you see a LED turn red, it instantly means you failed an attempt; do one full turn anti-clockwise and start over clock-wise. If all three LEDs turn red, it's over.
