Oil from refil station already has chunks... Bug or my mistake?

I'm not sure if i'm doing something wrong or its a bug
In job at last day of 1st RENT ship required fixes for oil system
Oil had chunks in it so I just drained it (heat sink, pump and cables were fine)
But to my surprise after draining oil container on refill station, while trying to fill it back up it came filled with chunks! I though ok it just dirty container now, bought new one, filled it fine on refill station, but while putting it into ship it again had chunks ... I even replaced pump but still any oil i would put into ship it would have chunks in it...

same, just ruined an entire run due to this and the meteor shower.

you need to drain it completely, then the fill tank with cleaner fluid. this will clean out the chunks. then drain it and now you can fill good oil in.
you also have to clean the container where you used dirty oil in as it will stain liquid now too.
Its shown in the handbook too ~

Your little portable tank has chunks, use cleaner in it.
