Can't reset AI.

I Can't reset the AI because the reset lever is unclickable. I'm sure that I put in the correct reset code, so what gives?

Same, the highlighting or the ability to interact with the AI just goes away, which kind of sucks, since you have to purposefully fail it, but fix everything else to mitigate the negative

Same here, unfortunately I reset the AI once when I wasn't supposed to, then couldn't reset again.

Mine always works - make sure you're reading the reset code under the processor beneath the motors at the top and NOT the reset code example in the manual. BTW the reset code can change so it's best to leave that part of the processor unscrewed while you flick back and forth to check it.

The problem is that we can't pull the reset lever in the first place. The first time we try to pull it, it won't pull, and then the lever becomes unpullable permanently after that. Whether the code is right or wrong.

Almost the same problem here : i can pull the lever at first, but the stats don't reset, only the reset code changes each time.
After a few pulls, the lever remains stuck and can no longer be pulled

I have this weird problem where it looks like it's already pulled (Manual makes it look like it's pulled down but I had to push mine up?). I put the correct code in and it just resets from the monitor. I try the new code with the switches inverted, nothing. I try it upside down (reading right -> left for top -> bottom) and nothing. Genuinely don't understand what I'm doing wrong here, I've tried everything and the only result is a code reset. I tried the above method about 8 times before I gave up, since I didn't know if I was just reading the code wrong (left to right for top to bottom?) but at this point I would say it doesn't matter since I've tried every single way possible.

Worst part was every other component was fixed, I just got soft locked on the emotional break down reset as far as I was aware.

I'm having exactly the same problem, the lever starts in the down position, setting the code and pulling the lever up will just change the code with no other effect (AI remains in emotional shutdown). The lever falls back down as soon as I release the mouse, so there's no way to keep it up and set the new code.

So I had the same issue. Turns out if there is no power you can't reset the emotional shutdown.
