...also check your system with program LatencyMon if your system is ok..it should be green and highest latency I guess will be Nvidia under 700µs...current latency should be around 30-50µs after 30 minutes...good luck!

Disable PBO (overclock). When you do that, the CPU stop to change the core (because the clock now are fixed) and the microstutters are gone.
Or more easy, search for PowerPlans on Windows and change the Maximum and Minimum CPU performance for 99%.
