Still no support for Fanatec Podium Button Module Rally

Please add support for this, or at the very least allow me the option to bind menu navigation under the device configuration editor for the wheelbase. You show those bindings under keyboard but they cannot be rebound. You even allow the bindings under my VNM pedals. Only on the DD2 am I not allowed to bind menu navigation. PLEASE fix this. Having to use a crappy wireless keyboard for everything is infuriating.
