It is very simple, just download UEVR from preydogs github page.
Extract it anywhere, i just kept it in my downloads folder. Pretty much all set...
Start the game then launch UEVR. A UI will pop up, select OpenXR and MAKE SURE TO SELECT THE CORRECT PROCESS TO INJECT IN THE DROPDOWN BOX., this will look something like "EA WRC" with some other stuff after it.
Once injected and in game, a UI will pop up. Go to camera options and enable decoupled camera pitch. DEL brings up the ui and also removes it
Shadows and Post Processing MUST BE SET TO ULTRA LOW, or you will have some shadows rendering in only one eye.
Lots of official documentation on it and you can also find that on the github page, because it is quite possible i forgot something.
I'll follow your excellent guide! 👍- while waiting for the "real thing"!
Your welcome. Glad to be helpful until we get official support.
No it keeps doing that to me as well.
I'm no expert in this stuff so if anyone has more insight that would be appreciated but as far as i know, the way the program hooks into games triggers the alert.
More expert opinions are much welcome on this. It does bother me but i don't know if it is false positive or not.
If it is on Github it should be ok, no? I think they check for all that stuff.
You are probably right. I just read a disturbing article about a attack that is happening on Github.
I'm done using this.
Sorry to everyone for the horrible advice
