learning how to properly drift in monte is one of the best things in this game.
This! Monte in winter is my go-to track. I love it! Those icy drifts really keep you on your toes hahah :)
Sounds like you just need to practice. Driving on ice is difficult to master sure, but its not impossible and is actually a lot of fun once you start understanding how you need to approach it.
You want nimble movements and to stay light on the steering wheel. Same for your pedal work, you need to be easy on and off your pedals. Truly, its all about going with the flow and using the weight of the car to steer you around the corners. It's probably why I love it so much, it forces you to be zen.
Curious too and maybe slightly off topic. Was anyone else able to watch Monte this year? Was so good! LOL
I might install DR2 again just for that. Those winter stages there are hella fun
