HDR Fog (Grey color palette)

I've been searching the forums and have not found a response for my particular HDR Issue. I just got a Vizio v655m-ko4 television for my game room. I set my PC up and have HDR Support enabled. It's running with variable refresh rate on. My graphics card is an Asus Dual RTX 4070. Everything is connected with a high speed 48 Gbps HDMI cable and using HDMI 2.1 inputs. When I enable HDR in WRC 23, the game takes on a dull grey color. This applies to the menus, texts, and selection boxes. When I am on track, everything appears to have a grey dull fog. I have tried disabling DLSS, and did not see a change. Disabling HDR brings the colors back to the normal colors. I haven't experienced this effect on other games. I am running on native 4k, with the input color value in Nvidia settings set to RGB Full Color, 8 bpc. The TV is set to PC/game mode, with all post processing effects turned off. I have found that I cannot set the Vizio TV to full color 4:4:4, and assume that the PC is handling the color settings instead of the TV processors. Any suggestions?
