Report a translation problem
Seems to be required based on the brief search I did. All EA games bought+played through Steam or Epic require it.

However there is currently no Steam integration at all (as of Patch 1.4 December 2023), no Steam Workshop to share car setups/wheel settings etc like in DR1.
You cannot see any of the fastest times in Time Trial Mode (due to needing a Racenet account), you don't get Moments Events (kinda like Daily's in DR2) without a EA Account. And you can't join clubs without a Racenet account - which kinda restores the Daily/Weekly/Monthly as this feature is now provided via a official club run by CodeMasters.
You can also only view & compare your Time Trial & setup times/runs via the Racenet website, as this is not available within WRC23 itself for some reason.
Although currently there are epic levels of cheating going on, with < 1s stage times.
