Report a translation problem
Each of the mentioned motor types has 3 quality (and cost) tiers.
In Junior WRC (as i don't know if other classes offer different ranges), there are the mentioned 4 types each with 4 tiers, so a selection 12 motors in total.
Where is the point in having types if the tiers are the only difference?

Top to bottom are motor types (1.6L NA, 1L Turbo, 2L NA, 1.5 Turbo cut off)
Left to right are the respective Tiers regarding quality and condition.
I said "may" have it backwards, because I'm not 100% sure.
The difference in quality/condition should be obvious, a top tier engine will be better than the bottom tier, same with condition. So....I assumed the op was asking about the differences between engines that are same quality/condition, and I believe there is no meaningful difference.
