You can indeed, but not arbitrarily. SRWE lets you choose an actual triple-wide resolution.

VorpX is an Awesome product! I call it 60% of VR for WRC at least. Baldur's Gate III in 3D on the big VorpX screen is pretty freakin' cool as well. Brings a new life to a lot of 2D games.

SRWE can simulate rendering triple screens kinda natively
than stretching your native resolution via game & Vorpx

Load SWRE @ WRC Title screen on startup
1. Basically Load EA sports WRX.exe as profile (when game loads up)
2. Load your Profile

You can set the resolution up top in SRWE to
5120x1440 and set which will take up your FOV and Save this Profile to Desktop( anything higher will snap your neck)

Play around with Screen Distance & curvature so you can wrap your car around you
5120x1440 on ultra preset cinematic and dlss is just enough for 3090

but do take in account your GPU limits and the resolution you want to render via SRWE
try 3840x1080 if say 2000 series

Your Native resolution you play with WRC normally should give you base numbers on performance you can achieve, so upping the resolution via SRWE requires more GPU Power

My Settings as follows

Please Turn Off Auto HDR in windows
Please Set WRC to Fullscreen Borderless Window

5120x1440
In game Head FOV 100 (Driver View)

Vorpx Settings
Screen distance -1.00
Screen Scale 100
Screen Curvature 35
3D strength 3.00
Depth Weighting 1.00

You can totally max out Screen Curvature to 3.00
And the Sides look awesome but the Dash board looks like a banana

I was using ultra wide but i settled on 16 : 10 aspect ratio with 2560 x 1440

Gives me a bit more vertical FoV, i just move the screen a bit closer and it is so much better for me then using the narrow ultra wide

I was finally able to drive all the way up Monte in the winter and it was a treat
