Does anyone actually like Regularity Rallying?

I honestly wish there was an option to turn it off in the career mode, it just isn't fun. I find myself spending the entire event darting my eyes over to the speedo and giving my finger a cramp trying to hold the right trigger at the exact level to hold the target speed.

i was actually looking forward to that until i realized it was pointless. its a skin builder for the dress up barbie crowd. even forza horizon does it better than what they provided. absolute waste of resources

At least it allows to make a WRC1 car with a mid engine, which is more fun to drive than the standard front engine ones.

I don't mind it once in awhile as a different kind of challenge. Played it once in multiplayer lobby by accident, was funny to see everyone fail it badly.

Regularity is probably the worst thing I have ever seen in a racing game.

Regularity rallies are made so anyone can participate whatever the car and driving skills IRL (evil tongues would say "so rich people can use their expensive collection cars"), the fun is not in the driving itself (or sparsely when you allow yourselft to push on short sections), but in things that don't translate on a game focused on the driving, so it as no interest there, not more than it would have for WRC drivers IRL to do the same thing with their WRC car on WRC stages.

It's done in regular traffic so that's why control times are made by following speed limits etc.

It can be good way to just get familiar with roads overall (like doing recce).

Yeah honestly regularity rallying I could actually see being enjoyable IRL, but I really don't like it within the context of this game.
