Firstly i'll like to give credit to Rally Technical from youtube channel. I'm just sharing his guide on setting up the fanatec wheel which i find it pretty amazing.

Ok, here's the setting for your convenient. (I made some slight changes to power since his guide is mainly for CSL and Logitech)

FFB: 40%
FFS: LINEAR
NDP: 20%
NFR: 10%
NIN: 20%
INT: 3
FEI: 100
FOR: 100%
SPR: OFF
DPR: 100%
BLI: 65%
BRF: 70%

Game Setting
Self Aligning Torque: 58
Wheel Friction: 38
Tyre Friction: 6
Suspension: 125
Tyre Slip: 90
Engine: 100
Collision: 120
Softlock: 150
Steering Centre Force: OFF
